For years I have helped people who have been written off.  It matters not the rank, race, years of service, or station in life, once the government decides to charge you with an offense, you become persona non grata.  In other words, almost everyone turns their backs on you.  For a criminally accused, this means that the government’s so called moral high ground is premised upon treating you as if you are an outcast, that you are subhuman.  If you listen to testimony during a court-martial, the government never refers to an accused by their name.  The name and reputation you have fought so hard for is replaced by “The Accused.”  The hope is that by referring to you as something other than your name, the government will strip you of your humanity, your honorable service, and the personal identity that you have worked so hard to establish.

I believe that you are not the sum of the charges the government has waged against you.  Instead, you are a Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine, or Coast Guardsman.  You are not stripped of who you are simply because the government has the belief you committed an offense.  This is why we fight the good fight when we represent you in any forum.  For us, fighting the good fight means that each servicemember who we represent is of s sum greater than their individual parts.  It means that the uncertainty of the process before them is a natural human reaction that needs to be addressed.  It means that we take a holistic view of our clients, and fight with every tooth and nail against the overwhelming might of the government.

We are here to help you in your time of need.  We understand the impact of the process more than anyone else.  Reach out to us to schedule your consult.
